Refunds policy

If you cannot access what you paid for, we refund you. No questions asked.

Be straight with us and we will be straight with you

When we refund, and when we do not.

We refund, no questions asked, if

  • The videos will not play for you and our support cannot fix it within 24 hours.
  • You were charged more than once for the same course.
  • You paid and never got access, on screen or by email.
  • You ask within 48 hours of buying and have watched no more than one paid episode.
  • The course was materially not what this website described it to be.

We do not refund if

  • The course has been watched through.
  • The festival the course covers has already passed, unless one of the reasons on the left applies.
  • You changed your mind after using the samagri list and the timings, which are free to read on the course page without buying anything.
  • Your login was shared publicly or resold, which ends access under our terms without a refund.
How it works

Asking, and getting the money back.

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 88001 72499, or email toolsatzyra@gmail.com, with the email you paid with and one line about what went wrong. That email is the fastest way for us to find your payment. We reply within one working day and tell you plainly whether the refund is approved.
