These terms govern your use of the Devam website and the courses sold on it. Please read them before buying.

Recorded instructional video courses on Indian tradition, ritual practice and culture, sold individually as a one-time purchase.
We do not sell physical goods, we do not arrange priests or ceremonies, we do not deliver puja materials, and we do not sell subscriptions of any kind.
A completed purchase gives one buyer permanent, non-transferable access to one course, on this website and in the Devam application when it is released. Your account is the email address you gave at checkout, with the password you set after paying.
When you pay we email you the invoice and a link to the course. Before the festival we send reminders on 13 and 14 September by email. Once our WhatsApp channel is live, the same messages will also reach the WhatsApp number you gave, and you can reply STOP at any time. These are service messages about something you have bought, not marketing.
Our courses present a widely-followed method and name their sources. Practice differs by region, community and family, and where it does we say so rather than picking one and calling it the only one.
Nothing on this website is a religious ruling. Timings are computed guidance for a named city and are not a determination for your family's tradition. Where your elders differ, follow your elders.
Devam does not provide astrology, horoscopes, predictions or any advice about what will happen to you. We do not provide medical, legal or financial advice.
We aim to keep the videos available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Video delivery, payment and messaging depend on third parties and brief outages are possible. If a course becomes permanently unavailable through our own decision, we will refund buyers who bought it within the previous twelve months.
All videos, text, images and design belong to IzzyAI Labs Private Limited or its licensors. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch it. It transfers no ownership and permits no public performance, broadcast, re-upload or use in any other product.
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you believe someone else is using your account and we will reset it. You may ask us to delete your account at any time. Doing so also ends your access to what you bought, and we cannot restore it afterwards.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
We may update a course's videos or these terms. Where a change is material we will notify the email address on your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurgaon have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
