What we hold

Only what a purchase and permanent access actually need.

This website is operated by IzzyAI Labs Private Limited, registered at No. J-1210B, Third Floor, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon - 122017, Haryana, India, India. For anything in this policy, write to hello@mydevam.in.

Name, email address, country, WhatsApp number and state, given by you at checkout. The state goes on the GST invoice; outside India there is no state and no GST.
Payment status and a payment reference from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Your password, stored hashed, never in readable form.
Which episodes you watched and where you stopped, so playback resumes on any device.
The messages we sent you and whether they were delivered, so we do not send them twice.
Basic technical information that any website receives when it serves a page or a video, such as your IP address and browser type.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, your photos, or your date or place of birth. We use no advertising identifiers, run no advertising trackers, and build no profiles for advertisers.

We do not ask for anything used in astrology, because we do not do astrology.

Why we use it

To take your payment, issue your GST invoice, create your account, send the confirmation and the two festival reminders, let you log back in, resume your videos, and answer your support messages.

Who else touches it

A small number of providers, and nothing sold to anyone.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us and are bound by their own privacy commitments. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Razorpay takes the payment and returns a reference. The card and bank details you enter never reach us.
Supabase holds your account, your orders and your progress, in an encrypted database.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives a signal when you view the course page, start a payment or complete one, so we can measure our advertising. It sets a cookie for that. It does not receive your name or your email from us.
Google Analytics counts visits and measures how the site is used: how far a page is scrolled, which buttons are tapped, payments started and completed, and how far into the videos you go. It sets cookies for that. After you log in it receives your account code, a random string, so that your visits from two devices count as one person. It never receives your name or your email from us.
The checkout saves as you type. Once your email or your WhatsApp number is complete, the details you have entered so far, your name, email, WhatsApp number and state, are saved, even if you do not go on to pay. This is so we can help you finish the order if the payment does not go through.
We may contact you about an unfinished order. If you started a checkout and did not complete it, we may send you one message on WhatsApp or email with the link to finish it. Reply STOP, or write to us, and we delete your details.
Where you came from. If you reach the site from an advertisement or a shared link, the tags on that link (the source, the campaign, the advertisement) are kept in your browser and saved with your order, so we know which of our messages people respond to. They say nothing about you personally.
Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, as heatmaps and replays of scrolling and taps, so we can see where the site confuses people. Anything you type is masked before it leaves your browser. After you log in it receives your account code, hashed, and never your name or your email.
Resend delivers our emails: the confirmation, the invoice and the reminders.
AiSensy, on the WhatsApp Business Platform, will deliver the WhatsApp confirmation and reminders once that channel is switched on.
Cloudflare Stream streams the videos. This necessarily involves your IP address.
Vercel hosts this website and serves its pages.

Where it is processed

Our providers may process data in India, the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where required by law we take steps to ensure such transfers carry appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order and access records are kept for as long as your access lasts, which is permanent, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Delivery records for messages are kept for a limited period.

Your control

Getting it deleted, and your rights.

Write to hello@mydevam.in from the email address on your order, or message us on WhatsApp from the number on it. We will delete or anonymise your personal information, except where we are required to keep a record of the transaction. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

Deleting your account also ends your access to the courses you bought, permanently. We will say so and ask you to confirm before doing it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and receive your data in a portable form. You will never be treated differently for exercising any of these. Write to hello@mydevam.in describing what you want; we may need to verify your identity first.

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to hello@mydevam.in and we will delete it.

Keeping it safe

Security, changes, and how to reach us.

All traffic between your browser, this website and our video provider is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to our systems is restricted, and video links are issued only to a logged-in buyer of the course, not as downloadable files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When we make a material change to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify the email address on your order.
